on más de cien años, el Grand Hotel Tremezzo
es uno de los recintos de lujo más antiguo del
Lago di Como. Auténtico palacio Art Nouveau,
invita a viajar en el tiempo con una atención 5 estre-

tañas Grigne y de Bellagio.
Fue construido en 1910 para dar a la aristocracia
europea la sofisticación que buscaba. Comprado por
la familia Sampietro en los años treinta, se volvió fa-
moso para la burguesía occidental; y hoy sus propieta-
rios, la familia di Santis, han conservado su personali-
dad con gran encanto.
El decorado, con muebles originales de época,
ofrece una sala de música con sillones que invitan a
tomar un cóctel. La sala de lectura conserva la misma

ore than one hundred years old, the Grand
Hotel Tremezzo is one the oldest luxury
compounds in Lago di Como. An authen-
tic Art Nouveau palace, it invites guests to travel
back in time. A 5 star hotel, it offers unique views
of the lake and the Gringe and Bellagio mountains.
It was built in 1910 to present to the European ar-
istocracy the sophistication it was seeking. Bought
by the Sampietro family in the 1930s, it soon became
a place of wonder for the Western bourgeoisie; and,
today, its current owners, the di Santis family, have
conserved its great charmand personality.
The décor, featuring original furniture from
days of yore, also boasts a music room fitted with
sofas that invite guests to enjoy the music and a
drink. The reading room conserves a tranquil ambi-
ence and is equipped with Internet access. The bil-
