5. Catedral de Zagreb
/ Zarageb Cathedral
5
sentan el blasón medieval de Croacia y el de Zagreb;
vendedores me sonríen, dobardan, dovidenja (adiós),

altar, dating back to 1720. I amfascinated by the stucco
and ceiling medallions, a mysterious case where I can
integrate. Carefully, I savor the pleasure of wandering
around theDolacwith its outdoormarket stalls, buying
dried fruitsor embroidery. Vendors smileatme, “dobar-
dan”,“dovidenja”(goodbye),and“Hvala”(thanks).These
are the only Croats sounds I can exchange with them,
but the smiles and laughter are easilyunderstood.
