En materia cultural, el teatro Hira gasi es donde
se presentan los mejores conciertos; reconocidos ar-
tistas de Malasia participan en perfomance de danza,
poesía, música y teatro, con representaciones únicas y
apasionantes. Entre construcciones arquitectónicas y
monumentos históricos hay que destacar el conjunto
de palacios Rova Ambohimanga, recinto arqueológico
situado a 40 kilómetros de Antananarivo, declarado Pa-
trimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco en 2001; está
formado por los Sepulcros de los Monarcas y las ruinas
de la ciudadela real, así como el palacio del Presidente;
diversos lugares sagrados donde acuden muchos pere-
