-Goodfellas (1990): Henry Hill y sus amigos se
abren camino en la jerarquía de la mafia. Dir: Martin
Scorsese, 1 Oscar.
-The Wolf Of Wall Street (2013): Basada en la ver-
dadera historia de Jordan Belfort, desde sus inicios, lle-
gando a ser un corredor de bolsa rico que vive la gran
vida, hasta su caída que involucra crimen, corrupción y
hasta al gobierno federal. Dir: Martin Scorsese, 5 Nomi-
naciones al Oscar (hasta el cierre de esta edición).
Como hablamos en el artículo anterior, no pode-
mos dejar a un lado a los directores neoyorquinos más
afamados y reconocidos de la ciudad, pues en ellos re-
cae el peso de dichas obras de arte.
