Stanley Kubrick
Probablemente uno de los cineastas más interesante-
mente locos. Su afición por el ajedrez fue motivo de so-
lución a ciertos problemas demalentendidos en la comu-
nicación con el actor e incluso sirvió de inspiraciónpara la
decoración artística y cinematográfica en algunas de sus
películas. Si hubiera una palabra que definiera el trabajo
cinematográfico de Kubrick sería violencia. Ejemplo de
esto son “A Clockwork Orange” y “The Shining”.
En 1968 ganó el Oscar a Mejor Efectos Visuales por
su película “2001: A Space Odyssey”, una cinta que retra-
ta la idea de futurismo que Kubrick tenía.

los últimos 40 años. Sarcasmo, ironía y romance son
palabras que caracterizan al trabajo de este cineasta
que además es famoso por su nariz grande y gafas.
Su polifacetismo es de llamar la atención. Allen es-
cribe, actúa y dirige, y hace las tres cosas de maravilla.
Ganador de Oscar 4 veces. Una por “Midnight In
Paris”, “Hannah And Her Sisters” respectivamente, y
2 por “Annie Hall”.
Un dato curioso de Woody es que lleva 37 años ha-
ciendo una película por año, y contando.

in communication with the actor and even served
as inspiration for artistic and cinematic decor in
some of his films. If there were one word to define
Kubrick’s film work it would be: violence. Exam-
ples are “Clockwork Orange” and “The Shining”.
In 1968 he won the Oscar for Best Visual Effects
for his film “2001: A Space Odyssey”, which portrays
the idea that Kubrick had of futurism.
